Euphoria Program
EUPHORIA is a 12-week program consisting of 1 hour per week of 1:1 coaching. This program includes weekly coaching via zoom with me that teaches you habits of being present, living bigger, harnessing willpower, and achieving the impossible.
Chasing Experiences
Like the Euphoria program, this program can be 12- or 24 week program consisting of one hour per week 1:1 coaching. This includes weekly coaching via zoom, or in person. Combining shadow work, energy healing, and ADVENTURE experiences to harness your willpower to achieve the best version of yourself.
Oracle readings
This session hones in on your current vibration. Focusing on the chakra you are most aligned in, and how you can heal or what to focus on. Centering your past, present, and future we focus on bringing your intuition into alignment of the honest truth. Depending on which deck used, we’ll discuss Shadow Aspect, Sacred Crystals, Angel Assistance, Affirmations, and Divinatory Meaning.
Restore: Suggestions for rebalancing, clearing, or healing the chakra.
Themes: Areas to explore and filter the message of your reading through.
Healing Positions: Position of the body to active the chakra.
Color Wash: Visualize this color washing over you as you work with the chakra.

Balance Energy Healings
This session hones in on 1-2 Charka Centers. Together we work on freeing space around the centers of the body by clearing past traumas and blocks that are ready to go. We discuss ways you might work with this chakra center on your own to continue to allow energy to flow smoothly and freely through you.

Reiki
Using a technique called “palm healing or hands-on healing” through a “universal energy” it is to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing. This tenement is meant to help balance all of your chakras so you feel more grounded and aligned. Through this process you will gain relief or clarity.

Oracle Reading & Balance Energy Healing
This session combines a deep reading of the present chakra you’re in vibration with, how you can heal or what to focus on. The Balancing Energy Healing occurs through a series of breathwork, and crystal healing. Honing in on 1-2 Charka Centers on clearing out sagenite energies to flow smoothly and freely.
